Read Our Brand-New Impact Report & Discover our 2025 Achievements
As part of our B Corp™certification, we are proud to publish our first ever Impact Report. Read on to discover everything we achieved in 2025 and what we're looking to accomplish in 2026.
WHAT IS AN IMPACT REPORT?
As part of becoming a Certified B Corporation™, every company must commit to publishing an annual Impact Report. This report covers everything the company achieved over the year and often includes sections on People, Community, Environment, Customers and Product. It also includes goals the company sets itself every year, analysing whether these goals were achieved, and setting new goals for the year ahead.
Publishing an Impact Reports show a commitment to transparency and accountability - and its a brilliant way to showcase the amazing initiatives the company has hosted over the year. Being B Corp Certified™ means upholding excellent social and environmental standards, and the Impact Report is a great way to see how these values have been put into action.

THE ART FILE IMPACT 2026 REPORT
We are over the moon to share our first ever Impact Report. Looking back at 2025, we're sharing what's important to us, what we achieved over the year and what we're looking to accomplish in 2026. Read the full report below or view the Impact Report online.
WHAT'S INCLUDED IN THE IMPACT REPORT?
Our Impact Report covers six key areas. People, Community, Customers, Planet, Product and Goals. In each section, we've shared key highlights of what we've achieved, as well as identified areas that we want to improve upon for the following year. Find out more about each section below...
SECTION ONE: PEOPLE
In this section we looked at our relationship with and impact on the people who work for us. This included evaluating our employee experience through feedback surveys, identifying what our employee benefits are and considering how we can make working for us even better in the future!
SECTION TWO: COMMUNITY
Through charity donations, volunteering, licensing and internships with local students, this section covers how we've interacted with our local and international community. We're excited to continue these initiatives this year and we've set clear goals for increasing our involvement with our community.
SECTION THREE: CUSTOMERS
In this section we've reviewed how we performed with our customers over 2025, as well as shared some key achievements from the year. In 2026 we'll be continuing to improve our customer experience to always provide the best service we can.
SECTION FOUR: PLANET
By evaluating our environmental partnerships and measuring our carbon footprint, this section covers our impact on the environment, as well as how we plan to improve our impact going forward through a reduction in our carbon emissions.
SECTION FIVE: PRODUCT
This section highlights how our products are a force for good, for both people and the planet. From charity card donations through card collection sales and sustainably made products, we aim to make a difference through our products.
SECTION SIX: GOALS
One of the most important parts of our Impact Report is the goals we set for the year ahead (2026). This section covers how we identified what's important to us and the goals we've ultimately set out for 2026. In our next Impact Report we'll analyse how we performed against these goals, and continue setting new and important goals for moving forward.
