The amount, if any, can vary depending on the value of your order and local regulations, and we are unable to predict or influence these costs.

International orders usually arrive 1-2 weeks after the order is placed, depending on delays with couriers and customs. Postage cost for international orders is automatically calculated at checkout depending on the weight of order and your location.

Please be aware that you may be liable to pay a fee once your order arrives at customs. If you are ordering to the US, you may also be liable to pay a US tariff fee, the amount of which will be depend on what you ordered.

If you've ordered from us and you've changed your mind, or if you are not satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. If your order has not been dispatched then you can get in touch with us to cancel the order or make changes to your shipping details. 

If you've changed your mind and your order has already been dispatched, you can return your item(s) for a full refund or replacement within 28 days.

To return your order, please contact us with us with your order details and return request. We will ask you to send any products back to our warehouse. Once we receive this we will issue a full refund. Please be aware that we do not cover return shipping fees or refund original shipping costs.

If your order is damaged upon arrival, please contact us and we will arrange for a free replacement to be sent to you with tracked delivery.
