The Henries Awards 2015
There were more than 14,000 entries to this year’s Henries, which were whittled down to 114 finalists whom amassed at London’s Lancaster Gate Hotel on the evening of the 9th October for a night of 1920’s themed dancing and debauchery. With 19 prestigious awards up for grabs- this year The Art File had been nominated as a finalist in the ‘Best Christmas Box Collection’ and ‘The best Handmade or Hand Finishes Collection’.
The Art File are absolutely delighted to announce that their FORM collection has scooped up the Henry for ‘The Best Christmas Box Design’ at this year’s awards down at the Lancaster Gate Hotel, London. With the likes of Five Dollar Shake, Paper Salad and Belly Button Designs in the same category the quality of finalists in this particular group was incredibly high this year. This Year’s win marked the third time in three consecutive years that the Art File had won a Henry, winning ‘Best Male Collection’ in 2013 and ‘Best Gift-wrap Range’ in 2014. Managing Director, and new Greeting Card Association president Ged Mace had this to say about the awards, ‘‘The Henries represents an amazing platform to showcase the incredible creativity within our industry. I’m absolutely thrilled that The Art File has won this award for the best Christmas Box, giving us our third award in as many years. As win any award, we’re very appreciative to have been recognised once more by all the leading retailers in our industry; it also acknowledges the hard work that all our designs put in to make the very best products we can.’’
