The Art File's Official Statement Regarding Coronavirus
As we all come to terms with the impact of Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are actively monitoring updates to help us manage through this rapidly evolving situation.
The primary objective needs to be to minimise contact points to reduce the speed of transmission of the virus. We have drawn up a plan to support our valued customers, to ensure service levels are maintained to the high standards expected and naturally to protect our own team too.
The Art File’s warehouse remains open and orders continue to go out to customers on a daily basis. Our Warehouse have also taken necessary measures to make sure that the order packing and dispatching remains a safe environment for this service . You can order online at www.theartfile.com or by calling the office on 0115 850 7490. Alternatively, you can email your requirements to email@example.com. Orders will still be delivered in the usual 1-3 working days delivery timeline.
Our designers and members of our production team and admin team are now working from home and each can be contacted by email in the usual way. Our office remains open and is serviced by team members who do not rely on public transport to travel to and from work.
We recognise that this is an unprecedented and unique situation and we will continue to evaluate the situation and provide regular updates. Please continue to follow us on social media for more frequent updates.
