The Art File's Face Coverings - New Designs!
Most of us are now well used to the recent legislation requiring people to wear face coverings inside public places. But face coverings aren’t something everyone has had lying around the house before now, and so there is a growing demand for reusable, stylish face coverings. The Art File wanted to make sure we had a suitable collection available for our customers in order for them to fulfil this new need. Of course, we also wanted our face coverings to be practical, secure and comfortable to wear, so that protecting others comes easily.
We recently launched a collection of 8 face covering designs featuring some of our most popular patterns, such as Frank the sausage dog from our Call Me Frank collections, as well as our best-selling gift wrap designs of bees and bicycles, amongst others. Since then, customer feedback has made it clear there is demand for more designs, and particularly for more male-oriented face coverings. As always, we have listened to our valued customers and will be releasing new male designs as well as a limited-edition Call Me Frank Christmas face covering.
The Call Me Frank, Call Me Frank Christmas, Shoes, Black and Grey Stars, and Bicycle designs are available in both medium and large as these designs are unisex, and all other designs are currently available in medium only.
The coverings are made from 60% cotton and 40% Polyester, making them comfortable and wearable. All of our face coverings are reusable and washable up to 15 times, so as to create less waste overall than if we released single-use face coverings. The face coverings also have antibacterial properties. Please note however that our face coverings do not have a filter.
Each covering is individually packaged in a resealable bag with an attached euro hook for optimum presentation. The packaging is partly see-through so the design can easily be seen when inside. The re-sealable bag means the face covering can be kept safe and clean when not being used, instead of being placed in a pocket with other items such as keys and mobile phones, or on a table or other potentially unclean surface.
Government advice currently advises us to only handle the straps of face coverings, and wash our hands before putting our face coverings on and after taking them off. It also advises to wear our face coverings over our mouth AND nose (the main sources of transmission of the virus), which these face coverings are perfect for.
