PG Live 2017 Review

14 June 2017

What a fantastic show the 9th installment of PG Live was! Once again Warren, Jakki and the rest of the team pulled out all the stops for another jam packed two days under the dome at the Islington Design Centre.
As the first day opened, slight apprehension was in the air after the recent attacks only a few days before that rocked our nations capital once more… Alas- visitors, buyers, export distributors and alike came flooding through the doors.

We had a grand total of three brand new everyday collections to launch at the show; London- by the talented artist, Anna Hymas- who came to visit the show on the first day. The collection of 9 London themed designs was warmly received by our customers and show goers.

Secondly, we launched the new look ‘ Call Me Frank’ collection. A stunning collection of 9 birthday and blank designs centred around our little office sausage dog, Frank. The nicely embossed collection has plenty of style and character about it, much like the little chap himself.
Lastly but not least, Anthropomorphic (try saying this after a coupe of beers) by the immensely talented Ben Rothery, the man being the successful Natural History and Dog Yoga collections. This male orientated collection of 9 designs has been widely described as the evolution from our award winning Trinkets and Trumpets collection.

We  would also like to thank the generosity of Warren Lomax, who stated that those exhibitors who had supported the show for the past 9 years, get a free stand at next years tenth installment. (This may or may not be a factually accurate statement)
