PG Live 2015- Lucky Number Seven Preview

14 May 2015

Well my oh my! Doesn’t time fly when you’re having fun? The Art File finds itself preparing for the seventh instalment of PG Live once again- and it’s a show we very much look forward to!

Being the only show in the calendar designed purely for the promotion of the Greeting Card industry and its wares; PG Live attracts key industry buyers from Independent, Multiple, and Export retailers who tend to focus a large proportion of their business to the Greeting Cards, Stationery and Gift markets. The show takes place in the historical Islington Design Centre, a fabulous domed building that actually encourages people to stare up into the sky…

Expertly put together by the PG Live team of Jakki, Warren, Ian and co; the show always seems to have a lovely mix of emerging talent and established publishers- encouraging a level playing field for all. Bright colours, tea & coffee trolleys, and even free lunch are but a few of the things that differentiate this show from others in the calendar. Oh… and let’s not forget the now famous ‘Exhibitors Bash’…

So! What’s The Art File bringing to this year’s show then? After the huge success of our Ink Press Colour designs, 12 new designs have been set to be launched and released at this year’s show. For those of you who don’t know Ink Press- it's a well renowned range, combining the traditional letter press styles with contemporary and quirky caricatures, all on luxury imported Italian board. The range has been proven on a commercial basis time and time again (in other words… it sells!) and this extra angle gives our customers the opportunity to create a striking Ink Press display, making the designs even more attractive to one’s eye.

As well as Ink Press, a great selection of our current best-selling ranges, Including Call Me Frank, FORM, and Rock On will all be on display at the show alongside this year’s main stationery and gift looks. Christmas 2015 will also have its own display.

Finally, here’s a tip, look up to the gallery above the main entrance into the main hall at points throughout the day to see PG’s Warren Lomax looking godlike.

The Art File will be at its usual location of stand 200, from 2-3rd June
