Spring Fair 2019 Preview
The Art File are once again absolutely delighted to be exhibiting at the upcoming Spring Fair show located at the National Exhibition Centre (NEC), Birmingham between 3rd - 7th of February this year. We'll be located at our usual position in Hall 3. Stand S07.
The show acts as an important platform for launching our entire everyday 2019 collection once again to show visitors. The Art File is incredibly proud to launch over 275 brand new designs for the first half of 2019 in the form of brand-new collections, as well as range extensions to existing popular collections.
Mulberry & Olive, a brand-new collection with a contemporary twist on a classic look consists of individual gold die stamping, blind embossing and mounted inserts on a host of subtle heritage colours, the range of 20 designs cover birthdays and a range of occasions designs. The collection has already been regarded as one of our hottest releases to date.
As a go to destination for commercially proven male orientated cards, The Art File has one again delivered a new collection of 12 designs directed for the man (or men!) in your life. Each card is is detailed with foil and deep debossing, with catchy phrases and unique envelopes, Remember, it’s not grey hair.. its experience!
Speaking of grey hair, Ged Mace- MD of the Art File had this to say about the upcoming show. We are also launching our 2019 Christmas collection at this show. Spring Fair gives every retailer the chance to spot new trends and new collections which can boost business and set their store apart from their competition..’
We’re also launching a hilarious new humour range called Squeeze the day, focusing around the world of food and drink. The range of 16’s use of colour, clever punnery and finishing has been putting smiles on people’s faces everywhere! A must have collection for the New year ahead.
Whilst on the subject of humour, we have a further humour collection called Hullabaloo, a collection of 25 cards designed for a wide audience, finished with neon colours.
Moving onto Licenses, we are absolutely delighted to be launching a further 9 designs from the multi award winning Sara Miller London collection. The talented London based designer has introduced further animals, and has tastefully broadened her colour pallet, adding a completely new dimension to the range. Stuart Cox, the man behind the I like Birds collection has also created a new look called Birds and Blossoms, adding further substance to this high-flying collection. Josie Shenoy has a new cityscapes collection out, using her unique illustrative techniques to pinpoint some of the most famous cities in the world, such as London, New York, and Havana!
Alongside new licenses, Peace and Blessings will also be on show. This collection celebrates cultural festivals from all major religions and beliefs. This collection covers many of traditional festivals but remains a truly contemporary collection from a design point of view., something that we continued to get asked for by our customers..
The Art File have 5 brand new everyday gift packaging collections on show at the upcoming Spring Fair, each collection is designed with uniqueness, quality , and wow factor in mind , making them a real head turner for even the most discerning of retailers. Each look has 5 sizes of gift bags, flat and roll wrap , tissue and tags, all very competitively priced.
Finally, we’ll be launching our Brand New Christmas 2019 collection in its entirety for the first time, and we’ve launched over 150 brand new designs across cards, wrap and boxed Christmas product. , Single cards have grown in popularity and sit happily alongside our Luxury Boxed cards which are a must for most of our customers. Our Charity card sales grew again last year and we are delighted to announce that for 2019 we will be supporting three charities. These are CLIC Sargent, RSPCA and Dementia UK. We have also launched a free standing display unit to house our selection of Charity packs for the first time. Our roll wrap and bags have now established themselves as a refreshing alternative to the mainstream offer and this year we are introducing a luxury flat wrap for the first time.
Moving on from Charity packs, our festive trio boxes have been a huge success. Each box contains 12 cards, 4 each of three designs. Finished with hot foils and /or die cutting, the cards come with either red or gold envelopes, depending on the designs. These boxes offer great value for money. Voted Best Christmas Box at The Henries Awards 2018, we have new designs in this collection , launching at Spring Fair 2019 for the very first time.
There is a growing tendency to send a higher quality Christmas card to those who are special in your life and our Luxury Boxed collection containing 8 luxury Christmas cards and carry a RRP of £10 have become an integral part to our Festive offering, with plenty more new designs being launched at the show.
Finally, our Christmas Gift Wrapping themes for the 2019 Festive season are our strongest yet, with rich, heritage colours being used, along with tasteful finishing to deliver a unique and contemporary collection to help your presents stand out under the tree this coming Christmas. Four new looks, combined with our best-selling designs from Christmas 2018 are being combined to create a show stopping offering. Each theme contains 5 gift bag sizes , flat and roll wrap, tissue and tags.
